Reorder PDF Pages

Put the pages of a PDF into a new order — fix a back-to-front scan, move an appendix, or resequence a merged document. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded to Filesvo.

How to use Filesvo

  1. Select or drop a PDF file — its page count appears once loaded.
  2. Enter the complete new order, listing every page number once, like 3, 1, 2.
  3. Click Reorder Pages and download the rearranged PDF.

How reordering works

You describe the new sequence by listing the original page numbers in the order you want them to appear: for a 3-page file, 3, 1, 2 puts the last page first. Every page must appear exactly once, and the tool checks your list against the document's page count before doing anything.

Pages are copied into the new order without re-rendering, so reordering is lossless — text stays selectable and quality is untouched. The original file is not modified; you download a rearranged copy.

Private by design

Your files are processed directly in your browser using open-source PDF engines that run in your browser and are not uploaded to Filesvo. Nothing is stored on our servers, because nothing ever reaches them.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to list every page?
Yes — the new order must mention each page exactly once so nothing is silently lost. If you want to drop pages while rearranging, delete them first with the Delete PDF Pages tool.
What does an order like 3, 1, 2 mean?
The numbers refer to the original page positions: page 3 of the original comes first, then page 1, then page 2.
Does reordering reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied into their new positions without re-rendering, so the content is identical to the original.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Reordering runs entirely in your browser using an open-source PDF library. Your document never leaves your device.
